on October 17, 2022, the process of transformation of the general partnership STELMET Sp.j. was completed with an entry in the National Court Register. S.Stec and B.Stec into a company under the name: STELMET S.Stec Spółka Komandytowa.
According to Art. 553 of the Code of Commercial Companies, STELMET S.Stec Spółka Komandytowa has all the rights and obligations of the transformed company.
